9. The Frank Finance Community
- What other members see. When you post, reply, react, or share a win in the community, other members see it with your first name, your town or area, and the symbol you picked as your avatar. Your email address is never shown.
- Posting without your name. In some rooms you can post without your name. Other members can't see who you are, but Frank's team can if they need to, for example to keep the community safe. Every time the team looks, it's recorded.
- Your badges and wins. Badges you earn and wins you share show on your community profile. You can hide your wins from your profile at any time. A money milestone you keep private is never shown to anyone else, and we never ask for dollar amounts.
- How we use automated tools. We use AI tools that run on our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to help people find posts by what they mean, to suggest chapters for replays, and to help our team review links. These tools never make decisions about you on their own, and they're never used to answer your money questions.
- Emails and notifications. If you turn them on, we send notifications about replies and events, and a weekly and monthly community email. You can switch any of these off in the app, under Profile, then Notifications.
- We never sell your information. To have your posts removed or your account deleted, email [email protected].
